Hey. Vacations are the worst (best?) BECAUSE of all the eating out. Just eat a little something BEFORE the yankees game, then get 1 hotdog when you are there. Hello!!!??? You HAVE to get a hotdog at a baseball game!!!!!

Hey brotha’, I think this is great!! Good for you!!! It sounds like you are doing well and are pretty consistant which is very important!!! I totally know about the deeper than just the eating part. I totally am on the same search for how to get it into my brain that I don’t have to eat whenever ANYTHING happens!!! Well, good on ya mate!!!
